Shipping time

Customers have to provide valid full name、address and telephone（Very Important）. After the online payment completed, we will process your orders and send your products within 24 hours.All the shipping information will be emailed to you once the parcel is on the way. The package will reach the place you supplied in 5-7 days and a signature is required for the package. If no one at home, the package can be picked up at the post office (with ID).

Shipping Modes
The order delivery to the following countries are free(U.S.A, Australia, Japan,South Korea,Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, Indonesia), and we will deliver goods via EMS.You can login EMS webste(http://www.ems.com.cn/english-main.jsp), check the status of your order.
If you are not in the above mentioned countries or need deliver to country that is not above mentioned countries, you need add $5 for each pair, then our company will delivery via DHL or FedEx. You will get you goods ASAP.You can login DHL website (http://www.dhl.com/) Or FedEx website (http://www.fedex.com/), check the status of your order.

Return & Exchange policy
Customers are our God, so we are committed to provide satisfactory service to you. You should contact us before sending the items back. All items sent back to us must be in their original condition i.e. not worn, altered or washed and with all tags attached.
Our company can not accept such reasons for a return as colors are darker/lighter/black than pictured, item had minor color differences from the picture, item does not fit
If returning and exchanging items for a refund: all returned items are subject to a 35% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
You will be responsible for the shipping and handling costs. Additionally, we recommend that you add tracking and insurance, as we will not be responsible for lost shipments.
All returned merchandise should be sent to the address provided by our staff.
